10-Car Dream Garage
The list must include the following:
-Everyday sedan for commuting and taking the kids to soccer practice.
-SUV for off-roading or comfort or both.
-American Muscle Car
-Supercar
-Reasonably Priced Car (under $18k new, or $15k used)
-Vintage (pre-1980)
The remaining 4 cars can be anything at all. I’ll have my list up in the next few days.

Rule 32. Enjoy the little things.
I had very few expectations going into fall break (I’m still not sure if a three-day weekend counts as a “break,” but, hey, I’m not complaining). To tell the truth, by Thursday afternoon I was just happy to be done with major projects and tests for a while.
I’ll skip to Friday evening since that’s the first thing I can remember after the post-mid-term fog. ...

I'd Like to Purchase Bow Tie
Why? I’m not sure. Maybe because bow ties are unique in a leader of the free world, rat pack member, smartest guy on campus kind of way.
Here are some of the men, real and fictional, human and otherwise, who have inspired my potential bow tie buy:
Daniel Boorstin
Fred Astaire
John Paul Stevens
Louis Armstrong
Winston Churchill
Frank Sinatra
Indiana Jones

"Turn Water Into Funk"
I received this message on Facebook after a concert was canceled due to rain:
Excerpt from concert postponing deliberatory conference: (After much deliberation, the discussion led to Cullen raising a question) Cullen: “What would Jesus do?” Dan: “Jesus would stop the weather.” Roadie Creston: “Jesus would turn water into funk!” WHICH IS WHY THE CONCERT HAS BEEN...

Mustache
OK, so I’m kind of a sucker for chick flicks. Is that so wrong? At least I only like quality chick flicks, you know, like Notting Hill, Pretty Woman, and Breakfast at Tiffany’s to name a few. None of this She’s the Man and Mean Girls mess. Anyway, I watched the film French Kiss with Kevin Kline and Meg Ryan. What a great picture! It had everything: subtle wit, charm, emotion, a...

David Francey
“David Francey is a Canadian folk singer-songwriter. Born in 1954 in Ayrshire, Scotland, Francey immigrated to Canada with his family at age 12.
